Bed and Breakfast Accommodation details:

• Arrive after 2pm and check-in for your two night stay in your luxury guestroom and freshen up after the journey
• There is a bottle of wine waiting in the fridge to be appreciated immediately or later when the moment is right
• Afternoon tea is served mid afternoon each day including delicious Espresso coffee
• Check out at 11 am
• Additional guest in twin share room $105/night
• Continental & cooked breakfast included in room rate
• Minimum 2 nights advanced bookings for weekends, one night stays may be available closer to the date
• Group bookings, long stay & conference rates are available on request

Accommodation Terms & Conditions

• Minimum stay of two nights between 1 December and 30 April.
• Single night bookings may be taken closer to the booking date depending on availability
• Single night surcharge of $35.00 applies to all single night bookings.
• Any breakages or damage to furniture or fittings will be charged at replacement value.
• The cost of excessive soiling of linen, towels or Robes will be charged
• A deposit of 50% of the total cost of the accommodation, made by Credit Card (unless otherwise agreed) is payable at the time of confirmation of the booking.
• Transfer of accommodation dates, requested a minimum of 14 days prior to the check-in date, may be made dependent upon availability, without penalty.
• A Cancellation, in part or full of the number of room nights booked, requested a minimum of 14 days prior to check-in, will not incur a penalty.
• A Cancellation, in part or full of the number of room nights booked, requested less than 14 days prior to check-in, will incur a penalty of 50% of the cost of the accommodation cancelled.
• Any Variations made after check-in will be charged as if the total of the booked accommodation was occupied.
• Room keys form part of the overall security of the guesthouse and must be returned on check-out. Loss of a room key or failure to return a key will result in a $50 charge, the cost of replacing associated external entry lock combinations.
• Bankcard, MasterCard, Visa are all acceptable as is cash.
• Smoking is not permitted anywhere under the roof in Sandholme Guesthouse.
• Children under 12 years are generally not catered for.
